The Wagga RSL Digital Wallet is an innovative mobile application we developed that revolutionises how members interact with Wagga RSL Club services. By digitising the traditional membership card, we’ve created a seamless, convenient solution that puts club benefits literally at members’ fingertips.
Since launching the application, Wagga RSL has experienced a dramatic reduction in membership card replacements while significantly increasing engagement through digital scans at both the bar and restaurant areas. As one of the pioneering clubs to introduce this innovative technology, Wagga RSL has also substantially strengthened its brand perception among members and within the broader hospitality industry.
We developed a seamless cross-platform application that ensures all members can access their digital membership regardless of apple/android preference. The intuitive interface caters to users of all technical abilities, making the transition from physical to digital cards effortless for the entire membership base.
Our development team engineered a versatile backend platform designed to integrate seamlessly with any club’s existing membership infrastructure. This adaptable solution successfully connects with Wagga RSL’s systems while remaining configurable for diverse membership platforms used throughout the industry.
For iOS users, we implemented native Apple Wallet integration, allowing members to store their digital membership directly alongside their payment cards and other passes. This additional convenience layer leverages familiar technology to further enhance the user experience.
