Somewhere on the Murrumbidgee…
…websites are being built, on incredibly fast & secure servers, that rank brilliantly in google. Social media marketing drives traffic to these sites and convert leads to customers. How could this be??
We Make The Complex, Simple
We called our agency Simple Pixels because we truly believe no one should have to endure the world of pain “techies” speak. SSL, HTML, TCP, DNS – we do not expect nor require you to know what any of these things mean.
We will get your website sorted. Minimal fuss. We will ensure your corporate email solution just works. We will give you the best shot at ranking on google for your selected keywords. We will drive leads to your business with our powerful social media marketing.
We Value Time
Time. It’s the one thing that is truly precious and limited. At Simple Pixels time is of the highest importance to us. We love the country and the time it gives us back. Forget 40 minute train rides to get to work. We love our families and the time we get to spend with them. We think that everyone should get to experience this life. So we work hard to try to help our customers get some of their time back.
We pay attention to details. We help build your business and it’s income. We help alleviate headaches and wasted time.
“We design and develop beautiful websites that rank well on google and help your business succeed”.
- A good website is a professional reflection on your business. People will skim past it, or stick around.
- A good ranking on Google is an opportunity to get more of these people on your site and buying your services.
- A good marketing plan will drive a specific targeted audience to your site, those most likely to engage.
- A good email system and hosting service means far fewer headaches in the long run.
We believe that by helping your business thrive we can help you achieve your financial goals, so that you can get some time back.
Our Local Full Time Team
Our team consists of 5 full time members – Pete Swan, Lisa Morey, Bailey Poulos, Matt Swan and Molly Jenkins.
Pete has been in Wagga for most of his life, attending St Mick’s for high school before graduating with a degree from Charles Sturt University (CSU) in Information Technology (Programming) in 2002. He has worked locally across most IT fields ever since, including teaching at CSU, TAFE, Sureway and with local high schools. Along the way, Pete discovered that his true passion was for web design and development, and in 2015, Simple Pixels was formed. It grew quickly – Pete soon needed some help to keep up with the demand! As his business began to take off, Pete was determined to find team members that shared his values of hard work and commitment to customer service – the technical skills can always be taught.
The very-capable Lisa has an extensive skills set, with a firm background in human resources, accounting, and policies and procedures (all the things Pete lacks!), allowing her to bring some operational structure to Simple Pixels. Her flair for creativity, coupled with her amazing organisational skills and ‘can do’ attitude, have made her a great addition to the team. With hundreds of great websites now under our belt, we wanted our support to be just as great, and Lisa uses her broad expertise to build all aspects of our customer experience.
Bailey is the young kid on the block, and brings with him all the technical expertise of the millennial generation. He has a flair for social media marketing and brings and incredible attention to detail to every job. He gets it: campaign management, paid advertising, demographics, split testing – he is our main man when it comes to driving client traffic to websites from social media platforms, using a co-ordinated and targeted strategy.
Home is where the heart is, as Matt will confirm. He made the decision to return to Wagga after spending several years in the city, where he was part of a sales team for major automobile companies. A natural with people, his personality and the customer service he brings to the team, are very welcome assets. Matt was most excited to get out of the city and get back to all that the country lifestyle has to offer. If you see him out enjoying a beer after a productive week, feel free to say g’day.
Molly Jenkins is the Support Specialist at Simple Pixels where she is responsible for tech and web support. On a mission to live up to our high standard in customer service, she is focused on improving our processes and broadening our services.
We all have different hobbies: Pete spends his spare time (what spare time… with six brilliant kids!) playing and recording music, and currently is addicted to the Daredevil series on Netflix. Lisa loves hanging out with her family and friends, exploring new locations, and attending ‘rev head’ events. Bailey enjoys spending time at the gym, hanging out with his mates and advancing his knowledge in social media marketing. Matt will often pick up his guitar to write music, and cherishes his time with family, friends and his gorgeous pup Buster. Molly, the new kid on the block, spends her spare time taking up every hobby under the sun, performing in theatre productions, listening to Michael Jackson and The Weeknd (a contrast, we know) with her partner.
The country is our home, and we love being local.

We work with a fantastic local freelance writer and copywriter, Kel Shaw, who is also an editor and adjunct lecturer. Kel can help you create good, clear audience-aimed content for your business’s website, directed at your client market. She is amazing!

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet? Great. Neither do we. We would love to catch up for a coffee or beer before we do business together.
Long Term Partners
Simple Pixels is structured to be available for ongoing technical support, hosting support, email support, and marketing advice. While a lot of web design businesses launch a site and then part ways, Simple Pixels prefers to remain available to ensure that your long-term expectations are looked after. This is why we build products that we can support tomorrow.
