Support Cost Summary
Simple Pixels charges $159 per hour exc. GST (minimum 30 minute charge) for all support services except when:
- Clients are on a maintenance plan otherwise agreed to
- Fixing a hosting problem (excluding new client requests)
For requests outside of the above, please enquire with Simple Pixels for a estimated cost if required.
