Quite simply, a click to call button is a button that appears when a user is on a phone that allows them to call you in the simplest way possible. It is a ‘sticky’ button so stays there while the user navigates around the site. As you can see it is fairly unobtrusive.
This button doesn’t appear when the user is browsing from a PC.
Here is an example of the new Wagga Recruitment site on a iPhone 6.
Google Analytics can also be setup on this button to gauge it’s effectiveness.
We find it to be an extremely simple yet effective approach – users no longer need to navigate to the contact page, and find the phone number (usually buried in amongst the address and fax number).
